Career Opportunities Within Joedan As an “Investors in People” company we have training and personnel development as one of our main priorities. Many of our employees have been with us for over 15 years and our very first employee is now a senior Joedan manager. For these people to grow and develop with the company, we have provided training and mentoring. We have also taken on young people, often coming into their first full-time employment. Some of them have entered on modern apprenticeships, others as trainees who continue with education and training both inside Joedan and externally. To ensure that they are confident about the commitment they are making, we involve parents and guardians in these important decisions for potential young apprentices.
