Our Service
Our service to customers begins with an understanding
of the individual needs of each customer. Our sales team are all
employed by the company and they will help you in tailoring the
product to match your specific requirements. Often the first contact
that customers make is as a result of a recommendation from a friend,
relative or neighbour who we have dealt with in the past. It’s
because of the importance we place on customer satisfaction that
we have been in business locally since 1985. Following that first
contact, we encourage customers to visit our showroom to see and
feel the products. As we manufacture our products on site customers
can also see them being made if they wish.
Customers are as individual as their homes, and
we want their new doors, windows or conservatories to be exactly
as they want them. All our products are made to order and our investment
in IT means that after a full on-site survey of the customers’
requirements, orders are specified, checked and verified before
being automatically translated into an order for production in our
factory. We also agree installation arrangements with customers
at this stage – all part of the Joedan Experience!
We are an “Investors in People” company
and our trained, experienced staff can give as much help and guidance
as customers require. They will monitor the orders through production
to ensure that we keep our delivery and installation promises.
