At Joedan, our manufacturing operations are a crucial part of our business. By having our own production facilities making products of our own design, we are able to maintain the high quality and service standards that we promise to our customers. Thorough planning, forward thinking and sound investments has meant that potential problems have been avoided, resulting in the streamlining of our in house facilities. As a proactive company Joedan continually strives to advance and improve operations.



Design, fabrication, thermal improvement and finishing are all under one roof. In addition we have formed strategic partnerships with suppliers of our main raw materials, the framing and the finishing processes. We can therefore control our customers’ orders from the raw material through to the finished product ready for installation. In that way we can deliver on time and install on time, taking away the frustration of not being in control. This in turn means that we are able to satisfy our objective of customer satisfaction when supplying fabricated products nationally to the trade.



Our reputation depends on an efficient operation in all aspects of our business. By controlling our manufacturing process in its entirety we can ensure that customers will always receive what they ordered as promised.

The machinery:

FOM machines

FOM Multi-spindle - This machine enables a complete bar length to be placed on the bed. To be cut, machined and prepped automatically based on details and information from our processing software. The outcome from these operations is finished components ready to be assembled to make the end product.

FOM Blitz –Double head mitre saw. This gives us a secondary line for cutting from the multi-spindle to provide flexibility and capacity.

FOM Dali –Conventional CNC machine. Performs a variety of preps on cut bars; once again enabling us to have the flexibility to work in line with the multi-spindle.
