Manufacturing Apprenticeships
Work as part of a production team and learn the engineering skills needed to successfully support the effective operation of the production department, working to high safety and quality standards.
Apprentices will be trained and become qualified to fabricate and assemble aluminium windows and doors to the required standard and quality meeting all manufacturing specifications of the product using the relevant jointing method and/or machinery, hand, and power tools.

Window Installation Apprenticeships
Our apprentices will be trained and become qualified to install a wide range of replacement window and door products in a property or structure. Responsibilities will include planning and the selection of correct type and quantity of materials, components and equipment for each aperture in line with exacting specifications and work-related instructions.
Apprentices will also be required to prepare the work area effectively, make the site safe and ensure all parties are considered i.e. occupiers, children, pets, the general public and all other trades people.

Sales Apprenticeships
Apprentices will be trained and become qualified to sell products and services to existing and potential clients and to develop ongoing commercial relationships.
Other responsibilities will include visiting existing or potential clients for new business, providing feedback on future buying trends, gathering market and client information, representing Joedan at trade exhibitions, careers fairs, events, and product demonstrations on any new product launch.
