Surveying

All installations are subject to a comprehensive technical survey. Our highly experienced surveyors will check all of the finer details of your property and provide accurate dimensions for the manufacturing of your windows and doors.

They will determine that the structural openings and surroundings are in good condition, and make sure your chosen products are suitable for your property.

Care & attention

We make sure your home is protected from any mess or damage during the installation. We will lay dust sheets where needed, and help you to remove any valuable or delicate items from the working areas. Our installers will clean up any mess and debris, and leave your home as they found it.

Fitting & glazing

We will carefully remove the existing frames and glazing from your home, and take them away to be recycled. The new frames will be professionally fitted into the aperture, and fixed securely in place.

Once the installers are happy with the fit of your new frames, they will expertly glaze the windows using your chosen glass specification. Then the glazing beads are fitted and the entire frame made watertight with specialist sealant. Where required, we will trim the installation to give a perfect finish.

Expert finish

Finally the fitters will give the new glazing and frames a deep clean to remove any grit or dust. They will then run through the operation of the locking mechanisms with you, and hand over window and door keys. They will also explain how best to look after your new products to ensure they last for many years to come.
