TECHNICAL SURVEY
Our survey department will make contact shortly after receiving your order to arrange a convenient time to visit. One of our highly experienced surveyors will carry out a comprehensive survey of the planned installation. This ensures all of your products are manufactured to fit perfectly and make installation as smooth as possible.
SCHEDULE OF WORKS
Joedan will then process your survey, and you will be sent an installation date. We will assign an Installations Manager to your project, who will coordinate the fitting team and the all of the work from start to finish. There is no need for you to do anything more.
MANUFACTURE & INSTALLATION
Just prior to the installation date, your windows and doors will be manufactured exactly to your bespoke requirements. Your products will be installed by our highly trained in-house fitters, who have a wealth of experience. We do not employ sub contracted fitters, which allows us to maintain our reputation for the highest quality workmanship.
FINISHING
Once the installation is complete, you will be taken through the operation of your new products by our fitting team. They will answer any questions you have, and advise how best to maintain your new windows and doors.
