Setting the benchmark

At Joedan we understand the need for total confidence in the investment you are making. Our GGF backed 10 year guarantee gives you the confidence to believe in our company and products. We run a dedicated Service Department to look after you throughout your guarantee period, and is still there for you after your guarantee comes to an end.

Service calls

During your guarantee period, all service calls to your home are free of charge. Simply telephone or email with details of your problem and our highly experienced Service Engineers will take care of you professionally and efficiently.

They know our systems inside out, and will identify the source of your problem quickly. More often than not they are able to rectify the issue there and then. If not they will order any parts needed and arrange to come back to you at a convenient time.

What is covered?

There is not much that can actually go wrong with our systems. They are tried and tested designs which have been engineered to provide many years of trouble free service. Occasionally little problems might crop up such as a handle or a hinge that might need adjusting or replacing, Manufacturing defects, although very rare, can sometimes be found. In this situation, anything that is deemed to be a material defect in the system is replaced free of charge during your ten year guarantee.

Service GGF

Joedan are long running members of the Glass & Glazing Federation (GGF). Only by employing a GGF member company for your installation will you be completely protected. The GGF are the only Government recognised authority in the window and door industry in the UK. They audit our terms and conditions, and ensure we are a viable and financially safe company for you to deal with.

They will also act as independent arbitrators in the highly unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with our service. You can download a free copy of the Consumer Code of Good Practice from the GGF website here www.ggf.org.uk
