In every department at Joedan we have teams of people who know their field of expertise inside out. Everyone receives regular training to further their skillset and build up their bank of knowledge, from those working on reception through to the staff in our accounts department and on the shop floor.

Without them, Joedan wouldn’t be half as successful as it’s been for 40+ years.
The high quality of our doors is all down to the adeptness of the workforce we employ. Job satisfaction levels are strong at Joedan and our people often remark on the positive working environment created, which explains why many of our employees have been here for years and our staff turnover is so low.

Our shop floor department display precision manufacturing to bring a Joedan door to life. An eagle-eyed shop floor manager observes each operative whilst they undertake this duty and makes regular visits thereon over the course of the fabrication process to ensure adherence to quality methods and procedures is sustained.

The team of fitters who come to your home to install your new door will be a direct employee of Joedan as we don’t subcontract work and always install our products ourselves. We’re fortunate to have some extremely skilled fitters, who follow our own internal code of practice when installing the designs for your contentment.
